In the years before 1863, no basic rules of soccer existed. Soccer, the most popular sport in the world at present, was first played during the ancient times. Being a contact sport that requires a great deal of endurance and sport, you can’t imagine a game without rules.
Thanks to the football authorities in England in 1863 who eventually drafted a constitution to make the sport more systematic. Violent fights would often happen in every game before the year 1863 but when the soccer constitution was established, the game underwent a smooth and remarkable transition.
